    Order Cancellation

    We accept cancellations before your product is shipped. If you cancel in time, you’ll receive a full refund.
    Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


    Returns (If Applicable)

    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

    • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

    Note: Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    There is no restocking fee for returned items.


    Refunds (If Applicable)

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved or declined.

    If approved:

    • Your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few days.

    • You may keep all five bonuses, even if you return the product.
